Plagiarism Policy

At the International Journal of Spectrum Research, we take the integrity of academic publishing seriously. Our commitment to upholding high standards of originality and ethical research is reflected in our stringent Plagiarism Policy. We require that all submissions to the journal be entirely original and unpublished. This ensures that the work presented is the unique contribution of the author(s) and has not been shared in any other form prior to submission. We believe that originality is essential not only for advancing knowledge but also for fostering a fair and transparent academic environment.

To ensure adherence to this policy, every manuscript submitted to the journal undergoes thorough checks using state-of-the-art plagiarism detection tools. These tools analyze the text and compare it against a vast database of published works, both online and offline, to detect any similarities or copied content.

We understand the importance of safeguarding academic integrity, which is why this process is an integral part of our review system. If any form of plagiarism is detected in a submission, the consequences are immediate and clear: the manuscript will be rejected. This decision reflects our zero-tolerance stance on academic dishonesty.

We believe that preserving the authenticity of research is essential not just for the credibility of the journal, but for the trust that the academic community places in scholarly work. Furthermore, it is important to note that if plagiarism is discovered after an article has been published, we reserve the right to retract the article. This action is taken to ensure the ongoing integrity of the journal and to protect the interests of the research community.

Retraction is a serious measure and reflects the gravity of maintaining a transparent and honest publishing process. The International Journal of Spectrum Research is committed to providing a platform for genuine, high-quality research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge.

We ask all authors to respect this commitment by submitting only their original work, and we trust that they will support our efforts to maintain a fair and ethical publication process. By adhering to these guidelines, we can collectively ensure that the scholarly community continues to benefit from the exchange of truthful and impactful research.

Formatting Requirement

The following guidelines provide a detailed structure for preparing your paper:

  • Paper Size and Margins:
Your paper should be formatted on an A4 sheet, with dimensions of 21 cm by 29.7 cm. Ensure that you apply a 1-inch margin on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right). This margin ensures readability and gives your document a professional and polished appearance.
  • Font and Spacing:
Use Times New Roman as the font type for your entire document. The text should be in 12-point font size, and it should be formatted with single-line spacing. This makes your paper easy to read and maintains a uniform appearance across the document.
  • Abstract and Keywords:
An abstract should be included at the beginning of your paper, summarizing the main points of your research. It should not exceed 250 words, providing a concise overview of the purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusions. Additionally, provide up to 8 keywords that encapsulate the core topics of your study. These keywords help others to quickly understand the central themes of your paper and improve its discoverability in search engines and academic databases.
  • Figures and Tables:
Any figures, graphs, or tables should be clearly numbered and placed close to the text they are referenced. This ensures that the reader can easily refer to them while reading the relevant section. For instance, if you're discussing a statistical result, the corresponding table or figure should be located on the same page or on the next one, without forcing the reader to flip back and forth between pages.
  • Headings and Structure:

Your paper should be divided into the following key sections with appropriate headings:

    • INTRODUCTION:
This section should introduce the research topic, providing background information, the research problem, objectives, and the significance of the study.
    • LITERATURE REVIEW:
In this section, you will present existing research and theories relevant to your topic. Summarize key findings from previous studies, identify gaps in knowledge, and highlight the theoretical framework guiding your research.
    • RESEARCH METHOD:
This section outlines the methods you used to gather data and conduct your analysis. Include information about your research design, sampling methods, data collection techniques, and analysis procedures.
    • RESULTS AND DISCUSSION:
Present the findings of your study in this section. Use tables, figures, and descriptive text to explain the results. In the discussion part, interpret the findings, comparing them with existing literature, explaining any anomalies, and discussing their implications.
    • CONCLUSION:
Summarize the key findings of your research, their significance, and any recommendations for future research or policy. Conclude by tying together the main points discussed in your paper.
    • Maximum Length:
The maximum length of your paper should be 15 pages, which includes all sections: introduction, literature review, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, references, and any appendices. Keep the content focused and concise, ensuring that each section adds value to the overall paper without unnecessary elaboration.
  • Headings: INTRODUCTION, LITERATURE REVIEW, RESEARCH METHOD, RESULTS AND DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION
  • Maximum Length: 15 pages (including references and appendices)
